Flexibility

The program is designed to work around your work and home life. There is one topic to focus on per week and an opportunity to ask me, your tutor, any questions during the week - these are answered live at the end of each week. This weekly live session offers further coaching and support where needed. It is also recorded, so if you or your team member/s can't make it, you or they can watch it when it's convenient.

Accountability

You will be held accountable by yourself and me to achieve everything we discuss in the masterclass. The first week is all about goal setting. You will create a goal that will have the greatest positive impact on your life and then I'm going to show you how to achieve it. This goes deeper than SMART objectives. You'll follow a step by step process that has been proven to work.
