What is included in the program?

It is a 6-week program. The first two weeks are about discovering who you are and getting to know your internal critic. You'll also learn how to communicate like a confident person, manage the critic, make effective decisions and implement steps during the 30-day challenge.

How do I take part?

It's easy to join, you just need to click the button below, pay the fee and away you go. You'll receive an email with a log-in link.

If you are a group and need me to invoice you let me know, and I'll send one. As soon as the invoice is paid, I can then log everyone in. Everyone will receive their email with their personal log-in details.

How much time do I need to commit?

This is not a 'sit in front of the screen all day' training session. The idea is that you watch the short video, read the supporting text (also short), download the worksheet and complete it/reflect on it during the day.

During the 30-day challenge, there is one activity to work on each day. So the whole program will fit into anyone's busy life.

Will this program help with specific areas of my life?

Yes, definately. If there is a specific aspect of your life that you want to become more confident in then that's what you will work on during the 30-day challenge.

What kind of results can I expect?

It's worth pointing out right from the start - confidence is a side effect of taking action! When you put the effort in and take the actions recommended your confidence will grow.

How is the program delivered?

The program is delivered by video tutorials by Adrian Close who is a multi-award winning business manager, training consultant and director of learning at Ultimate Leadership Training.

There are handouts and worksheets available for download to build your learning folder.

What makes this program different?

This program is a by-product of the in-person confidence building training course we deliver to our clients throughout the UK and mainland Europe. The results from the in-person training have always been excellent and that excellence is now a by product of this program.

What happens after the six weeks?

There are a couple of activities after the 30-day confidence building challenge to help embed the skills that you learn. Then, if you have another element you want to develop, you can always do another 30-day challenge.
